A clear, supportive experience

Care That Makes Sense From the Start

Your care begins with listening, thoughtful assessment and clear explanations—so you understand what was assessed and can make informed decisions about your next steps.

1

Listen & Understand

We discuss your health history, current concerns, daily activities and goals in a calm, judgment-free setting.

2

Assess What Matters

Your examination may include movement, neurological or orthopaedic testing and non-invasive INSiGHT assessments when clinically appropriate.

3

Explain the Next Step

Dr. Elmira reviews relevant findings, answers your questions and discusses individualized recommendations without pressure.

Objective nervous-system assessment

A Clearer View With INSiGHT Technology

INSiGHT assessments provide objective information about patterns related to nervous-system regulation. Findings are interpreted alongside your history and clinical examination—not in isolation.

  • Heart-rate variability assessment
  • Surface electromyography assessment
  • Paraspinal thermal assessment
